Move better. Stay active. Keep doing what you love.
Movement-focused chiropractic care for adults with recurring stiffness, tension, discomfort, or movement limitations.

Welcome to Comfort Care Chiropractic. I’m Dr. Joseph Gomez, and I help adults move with greater comfort and confidence so they can stay active and keep doing the things they enjoy.
Rather than focusing only on where you feel symptoms, I look at how your body is moving, where compensation may be occurring, and whether the muscles that support movement are doing their job.
The Comfort Care Approach
Four elements work together to improve movement, reduce compensation, and build lasting support.
RESTORE MOTION
Adjustments
REDUCE TENSION
Soft-tissue work
IMPROVE MOBILITY
Mobility work
REBUILD SUPPORT
Stabilizing reset movements
Start With an Evaluation
Every care plan begins by understanding what you need. Depending on your goals and presentation, that may be an Initial Exam for a current problem or a Movement Assessment for a deeper look at how you move and function.
When appropriate, your evaluation may also include hands-on treatment during that same visit.
Two Ways to Start
1. INITIAL EXAM:
For a current problem or concern
2. MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT:
For a deeper look at how you move and function

Your Care Journey
1. START WITH AN EVALUATION
Begin with an Initial Exam for a current problem or a Movement Assessment for a deeper look at how you move and function.
When appropriate, your evaluation may also include hands-on treatment during that same visit.
3. PROGRESS BASED ON YOUR RESPONSE
Your care can change as you improve. The level of care and visit frequency may decrease as problems improve, or change if your needs change.
2. DETERMINE THE CARE THAT FITS
Your evaluation helps determine the right level of care based on what you need. That may include Focused, Comprehensive, or Movement Care.
4. MAINTAIN OR KEEP BUILDING
Once you’re doing well, the next step depends on your goals. You may transition into supportive care, continue working on movement and function, or simply return when you need us.
When Movement Care Makes Sense
MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT
A deeper evaluation used to identify movement limitations and patterns that may be contributing to recurring problems and to guide your Movement Care plan.
MOVEMENT CARE
When the same problem keeps coming back, sometimes it makes sense to look beyond the painful area.
Movement Care focuses on the movement habits, mobility limitations, and control issues that may be contributing to recurring problems so we can work on improving how your body moves and functions.
